Faithful followers pay the warmest salute to the Master

On night of 24 February 2009, about 200 faithful followers gathered at the Buddha Hall of Dharma Drum Mountain in Vancouver (DDM Vancouver) to prostrate to the Sakyamuni Buddha and to participate the Buddha-name Recitation Dharma Rituals in memory of Venerable Master Sheng Yen.

Through the Internet video, 200 faithful followers in the Hall simultaneously watched the Commemoration and Ash-Burial Ceremony and the Buddha-name Recitation Dharma Rituals conducted at Taiwan's the DDM World Center for Buddhist Education.

The followers in the rituals vowed to continue the Master's compassionate will in promotion of the idea of "building a pure land on earth" and to uphold the Dharma to give the biggest gratitude to Venerable Master Sheng Yen.
