H.E. Trungram Gyaltrul Rinpoche Visits DDM
His Most Reverend Eminence Trungram Gyaltrul Rinpoche visited the DDM World Center for Buddhist Education on the morning of 6 December, 2011.
Abbot President Venerable Guo Dong and Vice Abbot President Venerable Guo Hui received the honorable guest, and personally presented the Center and the Sangha University.
During the meeting, the Abbot President introduced the thoughts of ‘Spiritual Environmentalism’ and of the ‘Six Ethics of the Mind’ advocated by the Most Venerable Master Sheng Yen, and their ongoing progress in the effort of ‘building a pure land on earth’ in society.
H.E. Trungram Gyaltrul Rinpoche was greatly pleased with the tour of the DDM Center and was delighted in the Chan fused into the surroundings within the Center. Having been touched by DDM’s effort, H.E. Trungram Gyaltrul Rinpoche said he was looking forward to more collaborative work with DDM for the interest of society.
This inspirational meeting concluded with the exchange of gifts.
