DDBC Celebrates its Fourth Anniversary

Dharma Drum Buddhist College (DDBC) celebrated its fourth anniversary on 8 April, 2010 at the DDM World Center for Buddhist Education in Jinshan Township of Taipei County, showcasing its various achievements in teaching and embarking on a 'Clean Up the Mountain' campaign for beauty on the campus.

Apart from giving his warmest blessings, DDM's Abbot President, Venerable Guo Dong, also encouraged all students and staff to cherish the opportunity of learning together at DDBC and to keep their vows in exercising the spirit of 'Compassion', 'Wisdom', 'Harmony' and 'Respect' in society.

DDBC's President, Venerable Huimin, was looking forward to seeing every student celebrate with gratitude to the late Venerable Master Sheng Yen, who had worked towards the birth of DDBC for twenty-six years, as well as to the Abbot President, the DDM Sangha Community and all those who have helped the continual propagation of the Dharma.
