Chan Buddhist Meditation Practice and Discussion – in English

Time：09:00~17:00 (full day attendance required)
Venue：Yun Lai Monastery in Beitou

(Address: 186, Gongguan Road, Beitou District, 112, Taipei)
Content：Meditation in different types including eight-form moving meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, etc. The activity will be wrapped up by group discussion.
Admission fee：Free, donation to DDM is welcome.

This event will be led by Monastic from Dharma Drum Mountain.

Direction to the Yun Lain monastery

Take red line of Taipei MRT to QiYan station. When you get out from the exit, turn right (to the north) and walk along with Sunhe st. for around 10 minutes. When you see the Wellcome supermarket, turn left and walk around 150 m, you will see Yun Lai Monastery on your left.
