The Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University Visits the DDM World Center for Prayer
On the morning of 10 April 2013, a delegation of the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University came to the DDM World Center for Buddhist Education for a prayer session, in celebration of the school’s 66th anniversary.
DDM’s Abbot President Venerable Guo Dong, who is one of the school’s alumni, greeted the delegation, and personally instructed the guests in praying, chanting the scriptures and walking around the Buddha.
The Abbot President reminded members of the delegation that every teacher also plays the role of a Bodhisattva in the school, caring for others and fostering a positive ethos. Keeping this in mind at all times would help to improve the academic environment of the campus.
