DDMHSIF Hosts the Camp of Life Education at Xiushui
The Dharma Drum Mountain Social Welfare and Charity Foundation hosted the Camp of Life Education at the First Primary School at Xiushui Township of northern Sichuan between 29th and 30th July 2012 for the education of ‘Protecting the Spiritual Environment’.
The two-day camp began with watching children’s films making it easier for children to understand the main points of ‘Protecting the Spiritual Environment’ advocated by the late Venerable Master Sheng Yen.
During the two days, in addition to the films, the camp also organized various interesting and inspirational games for children to experience the significance of gratitude. Venerable Chang Ching said that a happy and peaceful life will fall upon you as your heart is always full of gratitude.
