My Reflections on Go and Mind

I attended an event on June 15th at the Chan Meditation Center for a class on the ancient board game Go. My first time at the center and what a great experience, everyone I met was so nice and welcoming.
The class taught not just the history of the game and how to play, but how it connects to Buddhism and mediation. It was a great experience to meet others in the class and the staff at the center.
I am looking forward to attending more events now and learning more about mediation. I feel I made friends here already. Thank you Chan Meditation Center for the class and helping me feel so comfortable and welcome here.
