Venerable Chang Yao and Chang Yi Visit DDM Singapore

On the evening of 25 December 2012, Venerable Chang Yi and Venerable Chang Yao of the DDM Sangha arrived at DDM Singapore to share their ideas about the Dharma, Chan meditation, and to lead devotees in Chan practice.

To begin with, Venerable Chang Yi taught the participants how to relax their body and mind and to experience a focused mind during exercise. Venerable Chang Yao followed by sharing her ideas about Chan meditation. Before the event drew to an end, the two venerables held a 30-minute Q&A session and responded to devotees’ questions about the Dharma.
