DDM Malaysia cultivates talents for the study group
Dharma Drum Mountain in Malaysia held a three-day training program with the aim to cultivate more talents capable of managing study groups and guiding the members.
The program was held from January 16 to 18. Sixty people from the local area, Singapore and even from the remote Sarawak attended this inspirational program.
In order to equip students with the required skills in leading study groups, DDM Malaysia especially invited the experienced instructor, Mr. Lung-Chang Fang, from Taiwan as well as three other senior volunteers to share their precious experience.
The three-day program was not only inspirational, but also rich in content, and proceeded in a joyful atmosphere, arousing every student’s potential to become a skillful manager and leader of the study group.
