Dharma Drum Mountain Los Angeles Center
Every Sunday morning, from 10-12 am PST, Dharma Drum Mountain Los Angeles Center is holding online meditation and discussion sessions that are open to anyone. We especially welcome newcomers and non-Buddhists. The purpose of these online sessions is to use meditation to help calm our bodies and minds, and discuss how we can use Buddhist principles to deal with the current situation in a positive way. Vancouver - Dharma Drum Vancouver Center
Meditation Group Practice is DDVC's weekly group meditation practice session. All are welcome to join in the simple practices of Chan meditation, where we apply methods amidst Eight-form Movements, walking, light yoga exercise, sitting, and standing. Sitting periods are approximately 30 minutes, but one is welcome to sit continuously. This weekly activity includes a Dharma Talk by our Director Venerable Chang Wu.
The practice program is orderly, yet flexible, suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. First timers please email or phone in advance to arrange an orientation for you.
